The cruise has a high aesthetic, is associated with many traditional cultures of Vietnam, and blends with European luxury and modernity to create a delicate, elegant, and profound beauty. Designed with a steel shell, wooden interior, natural stone... with many trees, luxurious and modern imported amenities, Genesis Regal is like a floating resort in the midst of a World Natural Wonder. As a large-sized cruise with the most outstanding features in Ha Long Bay and Lan Ha Bay, the cruise is designed with 20 spacious rooms, room sizes from 35 to 60m2 depending on the class. All rooms have a private balcony with full sea view, the only yacht with all beds facing the sea, 2 standing, and lying bathtubs, hot and cold water, free wifi and television, 2-way airconditioning… There is 01 indoor restaurant and 01 outdoor restaurant, 01 indoor bar, 01 outdoor bar, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, the largest sundeck in the Bay with about 800m2… All meals are extremely diverse buffet with more than 100 dishes from Seafood, Vietnamese dishes, Asian and European dishes… Departing from Tuan Chau wharf in Ha Long Bay, the cruise's journey is extremely unique and different. Children Policy:
§ Children under 04 years old: free of charge.
§ Children from 04 to under 07 years old are
charged 50% of the adult room rate.
§ Children from 07 to under 12 years old are
charged 75% of the adult room rate.
§ All children who want to eat separately and
sleep in an extra bed will be charged 85% of
the adult price.
§ Maximum of 2 children per room.
§ Children from 12 years old and above are
counted as 1 adult (based on Birth Certificate,
Passport…)
NOTES
1. Schedule and activities:
§ The program may be changed slightly due to specific weather or tide conditions without prior notice to
visitors.
§ The time in the schedule is approximate only. The specific time will be informed by our tour guide on
the day of departure.
§ All activities included in the program. Guests can completely choose to rest and enjoy the scenery on
their own, without fully participating in the above-mentioned activities.
§ Estimated travel time is based on normal traffic conditions.
2. Menu and meals:
§ The trip will have 4 meals included according to the program.
§ The menu onboard is as per daily standard for every visitor. If there are personal requirements for
example diet, vegetarian…please inform us in advance when booking your trip. Due to the
characteristics of the sea and not storing food to ensure it is always fresh, customers report that after
getting off the ship, it can no longer be changed.
3. The identification documents and personal belongings should bring:
§ Original passport or identity card (required for check-in), Cash, Camera, Sunglasses, hat, Sunscreen,
Walking shoes.
§ Take care of yourself and take responsibility for items, especially expensive ones.
4. Departure time and activities:
§ Departure time and activities have been fixed according to a schedule registered with the Bay
Management Board, so you need to be on time. Any delays may result in trip suspension or inability to
participate in sightseeing activities.
5. Cancel Policy will be charged:
§ Cancelled or modified more than 29 days before the date of arrival: 30% of the booking item amount.
§ Cancelled or modified between 29 to 14 days before the date of arrival: 50% of the booking item amount.
§ Cancelled or modified between 14 to 7 days before the date of arrival: 75% of the booking item amount.
§ Cancelled or modified less than 7 days before the date of arrival: 100% of the booking item amount.
§ In case of no-show, the full booking item amount will be charged.

Genesis Regal Cruise has a fleet of Luxury and Professional vehicles to transport you from Hanoi to Ha
Long Bay and vice versa. All are Limousine Dcars.
