Please take the time to read and understand our terms and conditions below before booking

1. Validity

We run our tours every day except Vietnamese New Year – Tet holiday. If you can only travel during Tet holiday, please contact us before booking the tour through our website. Itineraries can be changed as a result of the uncontrollable weather conditions. In case of accommodations being full booked or if they are under renovation, we will change to similar standard option.

You can change the travel date if you can’t arrive on booked date

2. Deposit requirement and payment method

You are required to pay a deposit for the booking to be confirmed (Please note that different deposits amounts are required for some trips from 40%-100%). If your booking is made within 30 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. The remaining amount could be paid when we meet on arrival at the hotel or pay us in advance before starting your tour. Deposit payment can be settled by wire transfer, credit card, debit card or Paypal. We accept UnionPay, Visa card, MasterCard and AMEX card. Your card information will be protected during the transmission by using the security system. The currency exchange rate and foreign transaction fee is determined solely by your bank on the day that they process the transaction. If you have any questions about these fees or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.

4. Booking amendments

We are flexible for amending booking. Amendments includes: change the travel date, change number of people join the tour, cut off or add service, change the time of flight and train, change hotel, change room category, transfer to other people, change kind of tour and all other changes comparing to the itinerary which is confirmed. You must notify us prior to the proposed departure date. A surcharge is applied for some cases.

5. Cancellation policy

​If you cancel some or part of your booking, cancellation fees will be applied. The fees depend on some cases. The effective date of cancellation will be the date receiving written notification. here are some services is NO REFUNDABLE such as flight tickets, train tickets. In case, we did issue flight ticket and (or) train tickets, you will be charged all of this costs if you change NOT depend on how many day in advance you inform us.

In some special cases such as outbreak a pandemic, serious illnesses or diseases, ect…, we are flexible to change the travel dates for you without surcharge, so please contact us for further information.
