We have just returned to New Zealand after an incredible trip in Vietnam. I organised our tour for the 3 of us through Jenny, entirely by email. She was always prompt in answering my questions and did a fabulous job of booking our tour. It was so lovely to meet her in Hanoi when we arrived. Our tour went without a hitch. The accomodation was great, we were picked up and delivered at every place on time, day tours were good and Jenny was always available to update and answer any questions through Whats app while we were in Vietnam. I would definitely recommend Move Asia to anyone and will use their services for other trips to Asia.

We recently returned from a 18 day holiday in Vietnam and thanks to Jenny and her team we all had an amazing time. All accommodation, transfers, flights and tours were booked through Move Asia Travel and everything ran very smoothly. This is the third time I have booked with Jenny and I would never use anyone else. She is in contact regularly and always available to answer any questions.
Thank you Jenny and your team for our fantastic trip.
Until me meet again, take care 🥰

We had a 16 day tour of Vietnam and every bit of it was fabulous from beginning to the end. Our hotel accommodation was great and dealing with Jenny was a delight. I corresponded with Jenny on numerous occasions and she was always quick to respond and most helpful. I would recommend Move asia travel to anyone wishing to visit Vietnam.

We booked Move Asia travel over the internet going from Hanoi to Sapa, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An and going down south to Saigon including internal flights and some meals. The whole travel was very well organised. On day trips or multi day trips the drivers always picked us up on time and the trips were in small groups (15 people) to medium groups depending on the location. The tour guides all spoke well English. The hotels were all clean with very friendly staff. The drivers picked us up and dropped us off from and at the airports and the hotels always on time and well organised. We would like to thank Jenny for organising this tour through Vietnam which was fantastic. We highly recommend this tour for people who would like to get to know Vietnam

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish on our North to South Vietnam tour. Jenny organised everything with excellent attention to detail from airport pick up to hotels, tours, car transfers, internal flights & back to airport. The 3 star hotels were excellent and ideally located – particularly important in Hanoi & HCMC. I can confidently give Move Asia travel the highest recommendation for a wonderful visit to Vietnam. Thank you Jenny!

I used Move Asia travel to book the whole of a 15 day ‘Essential Vietnam’ tour and I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received.I was recommended the agency and they did not disappoint. Lovely staff were very attentive the whole process, from planning the trip pre-departure (many thanks to jenny!) and during the 15 days (jenny was exceptionally helpful). It included stops in Hanoi city, Halong Bay cruise, Ninh Binh day tour, overnight stay and trekking in Sapa, Hoian, My Son holy land, Ho Chi Minh City, Chu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta.Everything from the accommodation, the day tours and guides, the airport transfers, and the personal recommendations for what to do on my free days was perfect. It was nice to switch my brain off and know that I was in safe hands. I was able to tailor my experience to have a mix of 3/4/5 star accommodation, depending on what was required. The staff at Move Asia travel did not try to up-sell but rather recommended where was best to go with more basic accommodation (for example, in the cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh) and where they felt I may benefit from a more high end experience, such as Hoian. Each option I chose turned out to be perfectly suited. What I found most valuable was that Jenny was on hand at any time during the day to WhatsApp her any queries or issues I may have had, and she would check in with me just the right amount to make sure everything was going smoothly. This personal touch was much appreciated. For anyone who does like like to be overly organized, I would also say that the package I went on allowed me plenty of free time to explore Vietnam for myself which I liked as I also like to relax and not have 100% of my time organized for me. I was able to explore places that were not on my itinerary such as the museums in Hanoi, An Bang beach in Hoian, and explore the streets of each stop in the evenings at my leisure.
